At MYZINA Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact our support team.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for refunds.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, you may receive store credit for the returned value. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
